DO NOT GO HERE! Now the first 8 visits ( 2months) is $100, Big deal. But no money is worth your health. None of the employees can stick, very loud supervisor named Shannon who cannot stick nor a guy named Zack. The registered nurse Dee has a very monotone and rude vide. I infiltrated last donation where my arm swell up like a balloon, but no worries I was sent home with an ice-pack. Unprofessional like all the others except BioLife on Cooper. They are so clean and organized, go here if you really need a safe place to donate.

The first time I visited this facility I had to get stuck in both of my arms because he did not know how to properly find a vein and kept saying that my veins were weak another staff member walked over there and found my veins no problem. Today would be my third time coming back and I ended up getting the same person “ tall brown skin curly hair male”and he was bragging about how he just sticks peoples arms and he just gets lucky finding a vein and he stuck my arm he end up going on lunch for an hour and within that time other staff members had to adjust my needle 6-7 times the flow kept stopping it was having a hard time staying consistent I end up being here for three hours straight and I ended up having a very swollen arm and I will never be coming back. Horrible experience and he does need a lot more training. And continued to tell me that I eat bad and I need to drink more water while walking across the room which was super embarrassing.

You don't need an apptmnt. You can just walk in. The best day are Mon-fri 6-6 and early Sat 9-2 Sundays9-2 are pretty hectic. You can use me as a referral if you like
The ladies up here are actually really nice and do their job quite well. Now if you go in there with attitude and acting foul towards them they can have you leave.
