I work as a general manager at a property investment firm. Im in charge of hiring different companies for general contract work. We had to let go of our security company due to the fact that they could not handle the homeless problem we had on multiple properties. After going through 3 other security and patrol services that didn't work out I was referred to Ranger Guard security from our friends. Ranger Guard came in and in the first week did what our last company couldn't do in 2 years. I honestly never thought i would need a security company's services but I'm so happy i called and spoke to Cathy. When i first called them i was not even sure they could help. We have a commercial building that is in front of apartment buildings. Over the years with the growing homeless issues growing we have encountered a few unfortunate incidents. We have had people come into the building (even though it's locked) to sleep, use the bathrooms, & do drugs. The parking lots also has signs that do not allow overnight parking & is a private lot for our buildings use only but those signs are usually ignored. These are just a few of the issues despite having cameras. Cathy was very attentive & listened to my concerns. She's made suggestions & explained in detail what & how the patrol would be done. After only a few days of Ranger Guard patrolling the building we have had a clear overnight parking lot, no breach of the buildings, & the tenants have reported they feel much safer in general.
