Over 3 months of issues with the mail not getting delivered. They do not care and refuse to take care of problems that they have/create then take it out on ppl who are customers trying to get the mail that was never delivered. Maria was very rude once she realized I had made an official complaint on no mail being delivered for over 3 months. Tryed to make it seem like it was not a biggie. Even when I did pick up my mail after 3 months of waiting on them to deliver I didn't have much mail only about 30 pieces half was other ppl mail. Different names different address'. It obvious some of my mail was taken/thrown away. I hope to get my mail from this point on per supervisor but I don't have high hopes.

A lady named Maria “store supervisor” as she claimed, is highly unprofessional and very rude. She clearly does not deserve that title or a position in that office to say the least. Poor customer service from a so what called supervisor at a postal service.

Women behind the counter and the manager are very rude. I watched them talking bad about a customer and almost cause a fight between two other customers. Maybe the pet office should stop hiring people based off of bias reasons and maybe actually hire qualified people.
