I had pre-ordered 2 copies of farming simulator 22 for my friend and I, the cashier told me I'd have to come back another day to pick up my games and that he didn't have time to look for it even though there was nobody else in the store. When I asked for a refund he began to open some of the boxes that'd came in then told me that he couldn't give me the copies of the game. I got a refund and from now on will be buying my games elsewhere. Games top has really went downhill

I bought a $250.00 WARRANTY within the last year on my xbox. My controller never worked properly, the buttons would stick, finally breaking. I decided to return the xbox AND controller. What I got was $106.00, AFTER the store associate told me $147.00. AND AFTER, I drove back home to bring the DEFECTIVE controller back to the store to go w/the xbox, the associate did not honor the $250 WARRANTY, but thieved me out of $31 bc the controller was broken!!!!! WHAT’S THE POINT IN BUYING A WARRANTY? I CALL IT “CONSUMER FRAUD!” Used car sales people - way to go GAME STOP. “WORD OF MOUTH IS POWERFUL”.
