I go to several different Bidfta locations from NKY all the way to Ohio several times a week to pick up items for my boss and this is the worst one of all of them. Half of the time I can't find most things. Sometimes it's on me because I've overlooked something but 8 times out of 10 the items end up marked missing. Or the workers don't want to help especially the older woman that works there. I don't have issues locating items at any other warehouse. The older woman who works there is rude nearly everytime I'm there in one way another. She has told me "I don't have time to help you". I've never noticed smaller blue carts at this location, only the row of larger green ones near the door. Today when I came in there were two blue carts by the door, I used one of those. When I was leaving I was putting it back where I got it and the older woman with a nasty attitude told me it doesn't go there that it "goes back there". I look over and there's no other blue carts so I'm confused as where. Ready to gladly put the cart back I asked where because I got it here and didn't see where she was saying. Again with a worse attitude she says "there" I was going to just take it to the empty area in the direction she was pointing but the manager said "I'll get it" I thanked him but instead of a pleasant response I get a dirty look. I say "that was rude" and he exclaims "not rude at all". People not returning carts is a pet peeve of mine as I've worked retail and I find it lazy. I'd never leave one somewhere randomly intentionally and was treated poorly because I simply put it in the wrong spot. The very nice gentleman helping me find missing items was patient and kind. When we could not figure out one he got this same manager to help. Come to find out I already had it on my cart. Doh! I said I'm so sorry I feel so dumb. Im currently struggling with health issues and lack of sleep so sometimes my brain can fail me. I played it off and apologized but no kind comments or reactions came from the manager. Instead he just gives a dirty look and walks off. This was a very disappointing experience today as I was already having a bad day and it costs nothing to be kind to others. I said please, thank you and excuse me. I even originally asked the manager for help because in the past he's been nice and helpful but he sent me to Someone else. I'm used to the older woman always being rude but today was unacceptable the way I was treated at this facility. I will be asking my boss if they can not bid any further at this specific location. Just be nice to people. It's not difficult.

Smaller items are always harder to find. This is the case at ALL Bidfta's though

One of the better fast track facilities, super organized and well handled, probably my favorite to come to.

Place seems like one of the most organized of all the locations I’ve been to. Also, one of the cleanest. It’s in a brand new building so you may miss it if you rely entirely on google maps.
