I couldnt get someone to call me back. I just moved to my new home and I'm having issues with the garage door not closing. I called after 5. The after hours person took my info and said I'd get a call back. It's been 2 days.

One of my garage doors would only close halfway then return to the open position and only occur during the hot afternoons. Ray came out and inspected the opener and confirmed that all components were in working condition but the laser sensors were being triggered by either the sun or some other reflection. He moved them so they were protected but any intereference and serviced and cleaned the other parts. It is now working like new. My cost was for only for the service charge I was quoted. This company has honest reliable and competent employees and I highly recomemend them. Thank you Ray!
