Ordered takeout from here and was very pleasantly surprised! Takeout doesn’t always travel well, but this meal has me looking forward to eating there in person. Great prices!

I got the hamburger stake as I have many times before. The steak sauce (all the sauces have been removed and placed in the kitchen. I ask for the A-1 and the server brought out a tiny cup with a teaspoon of steak sauce in it. Looking around at the staff every one we had learned to know over the past few years were gone. It appears the property may have changed hands. Probably wont be back. The food is average at best. It was just convenient not having to drive into town.

Thus is a very clean, inviting restaurant. The service was good. But the food lacks imagination. We were a group of six and ordered complete meals, sandwiches and salads. I was underwhelmed with my salad and my husband had the country style steak. Everything was average.

The gravy was too salty possibly packaged. Chicken fried steak was from frozen. Mashed potatoes was good, slaw had too much sugar; overall this is a poor dish. Hamburger was great, mac and cheese was not double baked as no crust, yet it tasted tremendous. May go back, I will not order nor recommend anyone else the chicken fried steak dish as nothing like this would allowed at my home.
