Complicated does the office or bill pay even exist?

Shuts gas off in winter nonhelp to het turned back on withen 2 weeks. Wants a heafty deposit. No receipt of seposit. Rexh comes out cant climb on roof says to check heater. Lazy. Wont conncxt water heater. Looks these guys drive upnand odwn road like there in a hurry always ina convoy. More driving less work. Must be nice to get hired here.

It seems like everybody I talk to within this company is rude. They take forever to come out even when you say it smells like gas, which is an emergency almost. They lie about coming out. I find that crazy because they put peoples lives in danger. I am waiting over a month for someone to just come out and turn my gas on now. I would not recommend this company to my enemy. STAY AWAY!

Trash company! Not only was I not told they were the gas company for my unit when I finally did go I had to wait over a week before they can turn my gas back on so that I can have heat in my house in the middle of December what a trash company
