I have been to both stores and experienced knowledgeable, helpful and friendly service at both. I took my Bernina 830 in for servicing to the Yucaipa store and they were so helpful and even carried the very heavy machine in for me. They also have an excellent selection of quality fabrics and notions. I visited the Bakersfield store just because I was in the area and was impressed with the fabric and notions selection, and sweet, helpful staff. I needed binding for a quilt and had looked several places , I found the perfect fabric here. I live half way between the two stores, but the stores are worth the drive. Next time my machine needs to be serviced, it will be at Cherry Berry.
