I can't believe how rude the employee was at this location. I was actually kind of shocked at the way she spoke to me. Clearly she hates her job, but being snippy and patronizing and rude doesn't make it any better. It was crazy. I'm definitely never going there again. I walked out and went to another lab.

Had an appointment that was scheduled over the phone days prior for a urine culture and had to wait more than 45 min there and people that arrived after I did were going in so I just said screw this and left ........if I could leave a no star rating I would .this place needs to be looked into by someone ......I could understand 30 min of unforeseen whatever but cmon .......this is just either bad planning or bad management.
