most terrible dental experience in our lives, myself and my wife. extremely low quality in workmanship and materials used they caused a lot of harm and all their work had to be redone I wouldn't wish it for my worst enemy hopefully you can avoid it at all cost and don't go through a horrible experience like ours how can you trust a dentist who believes and states in their paperwork that (dentistry is not a science, and mistakes can happen) just to cover their gross errors. they got their degrees and training in undeveloped countries and that is the kind of service you will get

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE ENOUGH. IT’S AMAZING! I appreciate the work, environment, convenience, professionalism, and rapid service. It’s like you’re walking into aunties house. It’s a comfortable setting where everyone’s nice but not weirdly fake about it, and it feels like a homey environment. This office accommodates patients with comfortable seats, coffee and Netflix. The establishment is clean which is extremely important to me. You can either talk to the staff members or relax quietly, they seem to adjust to the vibes you set at the appointment. So if you’re nervous and want to relax, they kind of just let you lay back while they work on you or if you’re outgoing, they’ll definitely make conversation with you without compromising the efficiency of their work. Their work is amazing and they have high quality gear (compared to other dentist offices I’ve gone to). You call, they answer and can get you in the next day (usually). You go in, they get your X-rays done, cleaning and any work you need done on the spot (usually). I’ve had luck with them doing everything on the spot at my appointments. Not all offices do all work needed at the appointment and many take months to book you those appointments. The other dentist offices I’ve gone to, usually booked you one appointment for X-rays and check up. Then another appointment (months later) for a cleaning; and one appointment for each cavity found. I thought all offices were like that because it’s just what all offices did. I was referred to K&H for a root canal from my old dentists office. I loved my experience, so I switched and I’ve been coming here for years. I love the dentist but even friends and family I’ve referred here say the same thing, they love their experience and they’re glad they made the switch too.

My experience with K&H dental group has been disheartening. I would NOT recommend coming here if you have delta dental. I went in over 2 weeks ago with severe dental pain on my left lower molar. Root canal was needed. They informed me that my insurance would need to be processed in the normal 6-8 weeks. Finding that discouraging, I told them I am willing to pay out of pocket for the root canal which would have came out to over $800. They proceeded to tell me it is better to wait until they hear back from the insurance and also wait until the antibiotics kick in. I checked in weekly, left voicemails, and emailed them to let them know I was still in severe pain even after taking Tylenol 3, antibiotics and ibuprofen. Reception told me I had to continue to wait until the insurance goes through. After many nights of not being able to sleep I went to the ER. I ended up needing an emergent pulp debridement on the tooth. The following week, I hear back from K&H dental informing me they sent over the wrong insurance information and need me to send it in again. I was absolutely shocked to hear this after waiting all this time and giving them a copy of my insurance on the day of. I feel so let down in the service I received here and would not recommend anyone having dental pain to come here.

Omg I love this dentist and the staff they where so nice an kind and so good they did to my son he did not feel anything and he said that he wants to come back again he loves this ❤️
