Always fast easy service no waiting like enterprise. Okay.. I guess I spoke too soon.. on last visit. Man who was there was beyond RUDE, Racist and absolutely unprofessional.. I will NEVER recommend this place again. I lodged a formal complaint with the Hertz office. This man acted as though we were an incredibly inconvenient problem even though we went back twice because he wasn't there on our reservation time. He complained about being the only employee and had to so much work to do. He was just one miserable nasty person who shouldn't be in customer service.

Worse experience ever at a Hertz location. No one at the office when i arrived at 8:15am. Office guy showed up about 8:30. Car was filthy and smelled like smoke. Mr Broughton tried to quickly vacuum up the car and spray some air freshner. Totally unacceptable. To make matters worse i was told i could not rent the dirty car unless i provided proof of insurance. I've rented cars for 35 years and never heard of anything like that. To add insult to injury Mr Broughton complained that it wasnt his fault that he was the only person working there and had to do everything himself. Additionally he said i should complain. Well Mr Broughton i have only begun. If you have to rent a car from this location i hope no one has an experience such as my wife and I had.

*If I could give 0 stars then I would. * I had an accident on a Sunday but could get a car until that Monday. I Received a car that Monday morning and they said that they would hold a car for me. I was asked what kind of car did I want and I responded something small and good on gas. When I arrived, the only thing available was a large SUV which DRANK GAS! There were multiple scratched on the first vehicle that they management didn't know about that I would have been charged for. I requested to return the car and they said to vacuum and fil it up. In a matter of 2 days, I had already spent $70 in gas. When returning the car, no one from management came to look at the condition of the first car. The second car was very dirty (inside and outside). There were also multiple scratches that I asked management to look at but they simply stated that they already knew about and told me to go along my way. The same happened when I returned the car. About a week a later I noticed that I had received a charge for $65 dollars. I called the local office to see what they charge was for but no one answered each time I called. Upon calling the corporate office I was informed it was due to lack of gas in the first car. I sent them a copy of my debit card report and within a week I had received all my money. This will be the last time that I will deal with this location. Following the stress of an accident, this is type of unprofessionalism, we as customers, shouldn't have to endure

The car was the worst car I rented. It was dirty inside. The front tires were bad and all over the road with the rain. Hertz rents high mileage cars and there quality has been going down hill. I might have to consider another company to rent next time.

I dont k ow but I do know that I no longer rent from them as the Man who works there is beyond RUDE and Obnoxious! He is absolutely not professional at all and I'm shocked that a person with so little respect is in the customer service industry. I have made complaints to Hertz where I was offered refunds and I will never recommend this office fir anything!
