Terrible customer service, tried to make an appointment and the person on the phone put me on hold multiple times to handle something else. After being on hold for close to 30 minutes, he then hangs up the call. Really unprofessional, I’ve been waiting on my tax returns for close to a year and I really need it.

I've been trying to make an appointment for about a month now. Their website shutsdown the number they gave me is only a machine which hangs up on you. I was told by one of the employees to come on Saturday because u don't need an appointment that day. I left work early to be here and they are closed! WTH i just want to make a payment arrangement but it seems impossible to do so. This place sucks!

The first time I went their 3wks ago was fine. The guy and another lady. Well they schedule me for another appointment for 2wks ago. Appointment was 3:30pm I was early at 3:10 and stand in line until 4pm., when the lady came out and she was ruded,, want to know did I just their, answer I been here, I told her to ask security. Well she was the one to wait on me. Now she didn't want to take my payment ($42000.00)

Yes but you must make an appointment. If you call during the morning you wont get thru. Call after 5PM to schedule your appointment. If you go without an appointment they will be super rude and tell you to call anyway

Appointment only. Easy to do. If you walk up there they'll give you a # so you can call and make your appointment. Better to walk up and get the number from them. I called the State IRS number and they set me up 2 mths down the line
