We had our AC go out in the middle of the summer heatwave. Matt came out same day and on a Friday evening none the less. He was very professional, able to diagnose the issue with our unit quickly and had our AC back up and running in no time. Ok this is the best company in the VALLEY!!! I had issues with my ac unit turning on but then the ac inside would not blow air. PRIOR to them another company basically told me I needed to buy a whole new unit. I was sent out to find a new company and get a second quote (mind you I did loose time and money cutting my losses with this other company) I found VALLEY AIR on Google. So I called for an appt they were able to get me in within the week. Anthony came by and he was very kind and informative. He said we needed to replace a part. A part was ordered and then a second visit was Joseph. He installed the new part. He worked quick, efficient, and answered all my questions. He rechecked the unit with his gadgets and he said it should be working!!! I'm so happy with the service!!! The service fee was affordable, the lowest in town!!! The work that was done was in a timely manner and very efficient. Everyone should call this company, great prices and great staff!!! Let's keep them in business, support Local Companies!!!
