Do not work here!! They discriminate young people with medical issues and they are very unprofessional. For the meat production supervisor miguel he plays favoritism. Miguel loves to discriminate against young people with medical issues. I got suspended for 3 days because I passed out during my lunch break because my blood sugar was to low and us diabetics know that it takes us a while to regain consciousness. But he let a girl go off because she ditched half of her shift. On top of the HR is very unprofessional cannot stick to schedule and is very plain rude. If you ever speak to Stephanie in HR record every bit of the conversation just in case. Thank you and if I can give this place a 0 I will. They need to fire these people and hire better ones!! I like my job the money is fine I been working since may 31 of this year and I have a phone call from HR and told me to come to orientation on a Friday morning may 26 and so I have to a say good Bye and farewell to the people Bakersfield ARC on Friday may 26 my final farewell goodbye and off to my journey to Fresno County on may 31 and start working on my first day of work at foster farms in Fresno at the Belgravia Plant and I am loving my new people and friends they been loyalty to me
