Paid progressive for years got hit by an uninsured driver and they didnt even cover the tow. Even though we had uninsured and more progressive wouldnt return calls. Didnt even take pictures of my vehicle and billed me for a year when i paid month to month. Terrible and i wouldnt wish my experience with this company on anyone. Please make a better choise for yourself having this insurance will cost you more then a monthly payment. They dont deserve any stars.

They spend more money trying to find ways to not payout your coverage than they do actually helping you. David was very rude when his appraisal was questioned. I switched insurance and am way happier now with my service and coverage.
