I hate to give a bad review, but this place really bummed out my family! I treated my daughter to acrylic nails and my husband and myself to a mani pedi. We usually go somewhere else, but thought we would give this place a try. Sadly, we will not be back or recommend this place. My daughter's acrylics were see through when she asked for them to be solid! My husband and I asked for the delux mani pedi, the pedicure started out alright, but they rushed it all! The message lasted seconds, they did not take their time. When it came to the manicure, they left my husband's hand in the soak bowl and left to go do someone else's pedicure! They burned all of our fingers, putting the gel on the skin and not removing it before putting it under the light I've never been burned so much. I asked for the deluxe twice and they didn't give it to us. My polish was very see through and one of the gals had to go over it, which made it thicker. Not so happy, again, I hate to leave a bad review, but they could have taken their time and listened to what we wanted in the first place. They were sweet, but if you pay that much, you should have a good experience.

They were very strict on making an appointment prior to coming and when we got there we still had to wait more than 45 minutes for them to call us over. For my pedicure, I had an older Asian man who used dirty utensils and just wiped off the utensils after using them on me did not properly disinfect and my gel manicure still had residue and leftover from my prior gel manicure so the nails did not come out as clean as I wanted them to they want to service and get the client out as soon as possible so they do not do a great job for the amount they are charging. I hope I do not get fungus because of their lack of disinfecting.
