I would recommend not using a chain dentist. Instead go to a private practice where you get the same dentist every time. I had to go re-pay to have my teeth fixed after Jefferson made mistakes.

Today my brother went to ONLY pick up his dental trays. He got bombarded with 20+ X rays without his consent and a doctors checkup. They kept insisting for him to stay longer and when he was leaving the women in the front office tried to stop him. They need to learn how to have personal space. They never finish my dental work it’s been two visits and they aren’t even half way done. The ortho here is so unfriendly. She is only nice when you accept getting braces. She tried to convince me that something was wrong with my teeth (THERES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG) I just got braces off a year ago. I don’t recommend it here. They have sketchy business practices. I worked in Jefferson before. Believe me they see you as a walking $$$. They only care about how many exams they can push in a day without actually acknowledging you or your well-being. I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star. 0/5
