My dog and myself have lived here for about 5.5 years. We love it. They have a dog park, food pantry, activity's for all age kids, holiday promotions, village .b.b.q.'s, a huge playground, basketball court, a country style path the the Golf Course, the office and maintance employee's are so so helpful. They are up dating everything for example if you need a new appliance they get you one , or missed keys, they are extremely confident in the manner of helping anyone of our residents. They are there for you big time. There are alot of people about 250 residents here. I have lived in alot of places and really the village had been the cleanest safest place around on the cape check it out hopefully you will love it to.

My maintenance man came today in within 1 hour managed to complete many tasks needed in my apartment. Chris painted rusted water pipes that were never painted properly when installed during the big renovation. He also painted bathroom ceiling that suffered from 3 previous upstairs leaks. He adjusted my new curtain rods to a proper fit an fixed the water pressure in my shower which was simply horrible. I am impressed and amazed that that he accomplished so much in such a short period of time. I am so happy to be able tp take a normal shower...my curtains look great...and the pipes are much less of an eye sore. THANK YOU CHRIS...YOU'RE THE BEST!

Yes they are both 1 and 2 bedroom apartment, but there are also 3 and 4 bedroom houses
