I believe that this Starbucks could improve with everything. First of all, why would you close at 4? There would be more profit if you would keep it open for a longer time. Second of all, when I went to this place, they didn’t make my drink correct and there was a long waiting time. The long waiting time could be prevented with a online order option but no, they don’t have that. Please do better

Grinder was broken so no coffee could be made. This was after store was closed for 2 days. Waited 20 mins for order of cold brew and hot chocolate. Not worth the trip!

2 times in a row my drink was made wrong. I wasn’t too mad until the third time I went and there was no topping for my oatmeal and a HAIR in the oatmeal. Disgusting and unsanitary. Will not be back.

This location should be converted to an online order only store. Waiting for ~20 minutes for a simple order placed in-store is excessive In addition, when the order says ‘light on ice’ it means light on ice, not stuff the cup with ice. If Starbucks is unable to implement that option, they shouldn’t allow it. Ultimately we had to leave the store with an incomplete order. Very disappointing !
