Had my first visit in July with new insurance card. Still charged me in advance to the old insurance. Called multiple times in the past 2 Months to get my insurance updated and check the refund status. Got transferred to voicemail every time and never got called back, had also left message to front desk and they promised will have the person call me back from another office, which never happened! Very disappointed, I only wish to talk to a person who is in charge with this issue, why is so difficult!
