Nice looking room but was roach infested changed rooms twice same problem ask for my money back I was told I have to wait until morning when the morning person come in to contact management I wouldn't recommend staying here was trying to celebrate our anniversary.!!!!

Absolutely awful. 1st room, bathroom door did not close more than halfway. Had to body slam it to even open it. Also had no drain plugs in sink or bath tub. We asked to be moved, then got moved to a smaller room (same price) with a toilet that just didn’t flush at all. Was told we could wait there until the next day for the manager to fix it. Who wants to stay in a room with a toilet that doesn’t flush for a night/day? Gross. We moved back to original room, then had housekeeping open the door on me at 8am when checkout was 11. Then at 10:30 an older women rushes us knocking and looking into the room saying we need to be checking out, we were packing our bags? Still had 30 minutes to be out. Manager was also rude, saying our problems were “not that bad” and offered 10% off, which is nothing compared to our inconveniences. Worst motel I’ve stayed at. Stay at locally owned Groovy Nomad in Trenton and avoid Days Inn at all costs.

I prepaid for a room online, then cancelled my reservation a week later. So I never got to stay in a room or even see this place. My card was never reimbursed and was literally told by the owner I wasn't reading my statement properly and the card was never charged! Three months have gone by and countless attempts to reimburse by my credit card company and he still will not comply. Cornering the market in a small town near a Park is one thing, cheating your customers out of money is another. If I could rate this place any lower I would, buy or beware!

Positive: Location and staff Negative: The room was non smoking and smelled like straight cigarettes, was horrible stench and then it is pet friendly and we thought we paid for it when we booked the hotel but then we arrive and are charged another $10 for our pet. Just a few small things.
