Due to a medical complication I was unable to start treatment. They kept my $750 deposit. No work was performed at all. The contract was for 12 months of orthodontics. No orthodontics were done at all. Not even planned or prepared. One x-ray that was put through medical insurance does not count as services delivered and it certainly does not fulfill the ORTHODONTICS contract. Additionally it says deposit right on the bill.

I scheduled a consultation appointment and I was never told upfront about the consultation fee. Once I arrived the day of the consultation I asked again about if there were any fees for the consultation. One of the so called doctors told me she wasn’t sure and that she will get back. In the mean time I was already being seen by the other doctor. It all was so orchestrated to look like they were glad to see me and let me know about the options for treatment. They talking about how great they were and how important was to proceed with the treatment. Once the consultation was over they said that I owed them $250.00 for the information they had provided me. When I tried to explained that I didn’t agreed to the charge because I had before the consultation started, their excuse was that that person didn’t know. 😱 They forced me to pay for telling me that I needed the treatment but that was something I already knew. They just took advantage of my needs. Tricky, dishonest, money hungry, insensitive I will not recommend this people, they are so money driven they shouldn’t be in business!
