No. They do not provide either of those services there. There is a DMV in Schaumburg on Golf Rd

The transponders are for the Tollway which is a different state agency all together. The Tollway's closest Customer Service Center is the O'Hare Oasis but their main Administrative building is in Downer's Grove.
