Deerfield is now up to a whopping 2 murders in 30 years, with other crime at similar stratospheric levels. Since the Deerfield Police have lots of time waiting for crime, they hide around Waukegan and Lake Cook, looking for major crimes like handheld phones, no turn signal or seat belt. They also like to sit around the high school looking for speeders just where the speed limit drops from 45 to 35.

Police have nothing better to do than arrest kids for weed and giving speeding tickets. Of course there's dozens of officers and dozens of crazy expensive vehicles. Oh yeah, you're not allowed to have an "assault rifle" but the police have dozens! Great
