Though in the past I have had a lot of physical therapy for arthritic conditions, this was my first experience with aqua therapy and now I'm a fan. And though I have had many fine physical therapists, never before has one been as amazing or effective as Gretchen! She is beyond excellent in all aspects of her knowledge, instruction, encouragement and compassion. She not only teaches you exercises that strengthen and correct your issues, but more importantly, explains the mechanics behind them so they become part of your own thinking and daily practice. Beyond all that she is just plain delightful, a serious and professional taskmaster, but also a friend. I can't say enough good things about Gretchen. She made a huge difference for me and will for you too!

Jenna worked with me on my tendon issue on my foot and after10 sessions I’m back to being able to walk pain free. Very friendly staff accommodating to schedules. If the need ever arises again I will be back
