Unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude for no reason. I was waiting over 20 minutes until I could receive more information regarding a membership. I had the chance to meet the food and beverage manager Chasity. When I asked her a simple question re’ social membership for their amenities. She was extremely rude saying “I don’t know, I don’t know” - when I tried to ask more questions and speak… she was quick to cut me off. She was nice enough to give me the sales director business card though. But then demanded I leave immediately. The poor girl looked like she hated her job and you could tell. I understand we all have bad days. But this is not how you treat someone who is wanting more information with your facility… especially for the first time. Save yourselves and find a country club that values hospitality and is professional…

I got invited by my friends on Friday MAY 27th and the next day Saturday 28th who are members in this club for dinner because i am thinking of becoming a member everything was great EXCEPT the dining experience the server did a great job attending us , the PROBLEM was the quality of the food I order fish and pasta and there was no flavor and dry stiff and those are simple items . What kind of chef gets hired in this establishment ! makes me think he she has no experience , I would highly recommend to let this chef go AND roll the ball on the next on . TERRIBLE ! we need to make this club great again
