Played years ago and remembered the great views of Dallas skyline. Forgot there were six par 3’s. Also forgot multiple short dog legs. Cart path only on par 3’s and then there were 3 or 4 more cart path only. Hasn’t rained in 30 days. No Marshall’s on the course but kept sending messages that we were behind but we waited on every tee. The restrictions on where the carts could go were a bit much. All in all it was a beautiful day but not an enjoyable round of golf!!!

No. I live in the neighborhood and there are signs that say that you have to pay to be on the property. If you break the rules and trespass then you are doing at your own risk. So if you get put into a coma for getting hit by a golf ball, golf cart or a golfer then there's nothing you can do to that person or the city. It's best just to go to an public park or use the trail they built right next to the golf course. The city spend millions to build that trail so that they could keep people off the course. There's nothing more annoying than having someone walking across your line. I just go ahead and swing. If I hit them oh well they shouldn't be out there.
$45 was the weekday green fee.

Not sure there's a posted dress code, but standard golf attire should be worn. No jeans and wear a collared shirt.
It's a municipal course and more than likely has an annual pass. Should be able to find this information on their website, if not the club house. I use senior rates when I play. I live two counties over and only get to play it a couple of times a year. It's a great course, have fun.
I'm still trying to figure out why they would put creosote crossed ties for step down to the first Tee Box creosote not good for soil are gras!!
Great walking Course. Pull Carts available if needed. Real good pull carts actually
