Food is typically great, but this location provides a consistently frustrating ordering experience. The amount of times I've gone to order online through GrubHub or even their own first party app and been unable due to the location closing intake of orders or odd hours is staggering.

Wow !!!! What an impeccably clean establishment. I had a chicken bacon avocado salad . It was amazing. Very fresh and very delicious. The staff were friendly and had our order within a few minutes. I highly recommend . Great atmosphere as well.

I'm a fan of the McAlister brand and their chains. This location just gets dinged on their score because of the service. Over a week, I have come here about 3 times, and each of the times the service has been lacking. The food however, is standard as they are at all locations. When we enter, we enter from the back entrance so it is easy to park. When we go to the counter to order there was no one there for two of the times so we had to wait. There was another employee taking her break at one of the tables and was shouting for one of the other employees to come and take our orders. The bathroom at one point had no toilet paper in either of the stalls and had run out of paper towels. A tiny note: the complimentary crackers they give you are stale.

The food here is amazing and well priced. You get a large amount of high quality food for a great price unlike other places (I'm talking about you, Five Guys). The service was average, nothing bad nor good about it. There were some dirty tables and only a few customers so that was odd since it should have been easy to clean the tables. The only thing I absolutely hated about the deli was it's parking. For someone from another state that has never been to the deli, the parking is absolutely infuriating. I wanted to leave but my wife was set on the deli so we figured it out. McAlister's needs to figure out how to make it easier for people to understand where the restaurant is. I can only imagine how much business they are losing due to their poor directions and location.
