This place does not take well of your loved ones. They did not shower my mother for three months when she was in there and did not even brush her teeth or hair. I would not recommend others to send their loves ones there at all.

If you value your family members or your actual nursing license, keep driving past this nursing home. Very understaffed and disorganized. Medications are all over the place. 32 patients on a skilled unit with 1 nurse and 1 CNA ridiculous. The smell of urine smacks you in the face as soon as you open the doors of the facility.

Extremely displeased with my mother's experience at this facility. The marketing is very facetious and misleading. They're short staffed, and neglect the patients. There are only a few workers who truly do their jobs. I'm presently looking for another facility that will provide our mother with the care that Burbank refused to offer. I would NOT send my loved ones to this facility unless they can take care of themselves.

I recently stayed at this facility after having a fall at home. The rehab team was kind and knowledgeable. They were very helpful. They got me on the road to recovery. Rehabbed me back to my normal function. The nursing staff did a good job. It was difficult to get some assistance during the night. The food has much to be desired. This was the second time I had stayed at this facility and the discharge was a much smoother transition the second time around.
