I usually don't write reviews. But kind of service I have received got from ONIT made me write one. To start with installation, they messed up my sprinkler system and I had to repair them on my own. Secondly they have damaged my kitchen sink which was just months old. Very very unprofessional. Thirdly, I was never informed that my water pressure will be dropping drastically after water softener installation, which was not the case with my other friends who had them installed in back garage as well. Not only me, I had another friend who used their service has faced similar situation. Underground wiring broken and he had to spend 1000$ for it. Hope this helps in making your decision. Update: I got a call saying 'We understand your concerns and will be addressed in 20 mins and we will do the reinstallation for improved water pressure' and now I see response saying it was informed to me about this. Sprinkler wiring which is shown in the picture clearly was broken by the installation team, its clearly on the place where water lines was dug. Lastly, My kitchen sink issue, I never raised it because I thought it was honest mistake of installation guy but going by count of negligent mistakes I had to bring it up. Yes I tried customer service, "my supervisor is looking into your requests". If you are not ready accept your mistake please don't apologize.
