I really like the doctors but it’s borderline impossible to even make an appointment to see them… Why does the automated phone system say you can schedule an appointment online but when attempting to do that it says to call the office? Maybe making that an actual option would alleviate the volume of phone calls - especially the ones that go unanswered. Debating on switching - I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes so far. Unacceptable.

Part of the Einstein medical group...... anything dealing with Einstein is a bad move. Slow unconcerned doctors maybe even racist. I had to switch doctors because the first one just didn't really want to help me. I called left messages no reply back... I even managed to get through and I was told my information would passed on to the doctor and she would call me back...still no call back even after explaining the pain I was in and that i was having trouble walking no response at all so I had to try another doctor.

Yall don’t answer the phone AT ALL. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks to leave messages for my Doctor! And I have to wait HOURS for an answer. Get more workers.

In my opinion they are racist. Don't give equal care. Anything problematic won't be treated. DONT LEAVE YOUR HEALTH IN THIER HANDS!
