Worst office management EVER! Took 1.5 months to get a referral. They blamed on being short staffed but they've ALWAYS had service when it comes to follow-through (In my 6 years). You really have to hound them down to get things done. Super sucks because the docs are half decent.

If it wasn't for the doctors and service I had here I would probably no longer come to this office because of the receptionists. Sometimes I get someone not nice and I don't understand why. I have never been mean or given attitude. But today I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Then a very low female voice comes on the line saying "thanks for calling, please hold" barely heard it. And then she hung up on me. The phone began beeping. I called back to make my appt again and the lady ignored me telling her what happened and no apology she heard me complain and then asked my information.. brushed me off. Granted she was polite for the most part, I almost wanted to hang up for the reaction she gave me. Busy or not, I don't know why this happens sometimes. Empathy or acknowledgement goes a long way with service. The phone and greetings in person set the tone for the entire appt. I hate complaining, but this isn't the first time. Not sure what I'll do if it happens again. I've been coming a few years here.

The best care ! I came down with Covid over the weekend . I called the office on a Sunday morning. I had a return call within the hour and a script for meds in the pharmacy by 1pm ! talk about action!! They really care about their patients!
