They are rude and act as if though you were taking the money strait from there pocket, get ready to wait a ridiculous amount of time before you are seen. The employees are a joke, they are totally un-empathetic and act as if you were bothering them, not as if they are providing a service or getting paid.

Sometimes going to the aid office is like going to the doctor's office.. You have to plan on being there roughly all day Barry. The location you went to services several different small towns.. They're always packed.. The key of not staying as long as either a setting up an appointment or B go there about 3 .. You only be there another hour tops period. I'm usually there all the time.. I give away the free government phones.

Yess, I had to go up there to fill out a form to get my case manager to contact me within 72 hours. That is currently what they are doing.

I did do both. I apply back in june around the 5. Waiting for a phone interview. We started half the interview n they was suppose to call back never did. I been calling them no answer

Not fair at all but typical of DHS. It's the same with bringing or mailing your document's let them tell it they never received them. Call their Administrative offices. Everyone has someone to answer to. If they wont cooperate with you at the local office go over their head. Just because someone needs help doesn't make them less than. You never know when that shoe may be on the other foot. Golden rule...treat others the way you'd like to be treated
