Pretty slow, even when they know you're coming, and apparently there's only one person in the whole pharmacy who knows how to confirm and run GoodRx coupons. I dread going each time, but my mom insist on getting her prescriptions there, for some reason.

In over 40 years of living in the Seattle area, I was a regular patron of Bartell Drug. No matter which one I shopped at, I could always count on great service and finding what I needed. Not so with this one. I understand they were bought out by a large national chain and it shows. Not nearly enough staff. Checkout line wait times were way too long, though I think the two cashiers who were on duty were doing the best they could. Repeated calls for relief apparently went unheeded. Also there were many bare spots on the shelves - even allowing for supply chain issues, products they should have had stock on weren't there. Very disappointing experience.

Lazy employees wasted my time. Called to confirm that they indeed have booster shot walk ins from 2-3, as their own website clearly states. They said yes. Went in to the pharmacy and this sour old lady behind the counter rudely repeated that they don't do that, and even claimed I called the wrong number despite me redialing right there and hearing the phone ring. Trust the other reviews, this business isn't worth your time or money.

We stopped by around 7pm. We wanted to get some snacks, and I needed antacids. It was pretty obvious that we were being followed around the store. This made us feel uncomfortable as we were simply doing our shopping and keeping to ourselves. We did not have big purses or bags only our wallets. We were not acting suspicious in any way. My partner is latino, and I have a feeling he was being racially profiled. There was no reason for any of this. No one should feel uncomfortable trying to shop for any reason. I saw that there was another review mentioning the same thing happening at this location. This should be addressed.
