I went to this dentist yesterday after making an appointment to get oral surgery done on a referral. They did an exam with X-rays of the particular 2 teeth. I thought it was part of the extraction and root canal that I had made the appointment for. Instead, one of the dentists took a 30 second look at the teeth and X-rays and told me I needed an extraction and a root canal and I would have to come back again to get it done. So I was a bit confused. Next a saleswoman came and told me that while they took my insurance, the company would not pay for extras like I needed. But for the low price of $2250 they would do the root canal and didn’t give me a price for the extraction. They offered to finance me for the procedure. I deferred them to a later date and went home to call my insurance provider. Well, not only does my insurance cover the procedures but they said I wasn’t even supposed to be charged for the evaluation as they cover that too. Despite the fact that the sign in the window says a full exam for $39, this Medicare mill charged me $78 to look at the 2 teeth only. Luckily, my insurance put me in contact with a reputable doctor and I will be getting the work done next week. You be the judge. Btw, complaint already filed for deceptive practices. 28 minutes after I left this review, bright now left a response as you can see. When I tried to use the email address they provided, it turns out to be invalid. They are obviously not interested in the fact that they don’t care about the patients and that they are basically not an honest company. Like I said, you judge for yourself before you go there. As a final follow up, spoke with the office manager who said they would refund my money. 4 months have passed and no refund received. I won’t bother calling them back again.

Sara at the front desk is amazing. Not only is she the sweetest thing but so helpful. She has great knowledge of the office and your insurance needs. One time as I sat and waited for my appointment. I watched her answer phones and help customers all with the same smile 😊 That office should be so thankful they have her.

Bright Now dental is it nice dental office. Having said that, I now have to say that they are always running late! I have yet to go there that I didn’t have to wait 15 (or more) minutes past my appointment time. The text messages and emails they send are getting ridiculous! I have received 4 text messages and an email in the last three days!!
