The staff here is very Professional. They are consistently Respectful in the way that they communicate with clients, and this Does not happen at the other locations. The persons named Kris and Ms MONICA Take care of our concerns in a kind manner. I have witnessed this while they wait on other clients, as well.

I’ve been outside of the store needing assistance since 3:15pm and there’s a sign that says Lunch Break. The sign says open and the hours are until 6pm, but the doors are locked and no one is here. I’d suggest not to come on Sunday around 3pm because they are away for lunch.

This guy Jeremy is the bomb 💣!! I had an issue being locked out of my Google account, and he took the time, not only in assisting me but finding the issue and he fixed it. You go Jeremy and thanks guy!

HI GOODMAN

I would have gave this store a 5 until today when I went into the store to get my first responders discount and the woman that was working in the store acted rude and asked me "did I work in the store" when I asked her to click on "Department of Homeland Security" I just click a plus to maybe help her and and she asked me that with a sarcastic tone. I was over polite to this women as a customer and she was VERY rude.I'm black and I never want that black woman helping me again. I JUST got their service less than 30 days ago. I already want to go to T-mobile. T-mobile stores always have good customer service and is very knowledgeable about about their job. I went in their store around 3:40pm today. Once I pay off this phone I will considerT-mobile.
