Came to see Mark today to confirm if my oil pan uses a special gasket, which it wasn't needed for my application. Mark provided great information with great admiration. Led me on the right path to ensure I got it right. They always have the right parts needed too. Went there to get my knifes' edge straightened out because it started to get some uneven spots from usage/wear and tear, also to fix a chipped tip. They gave me back the knife in the same condition, didn't even fix the tip, just buffed the edge and that was it. They were friendly but that was about it
