I purchased a 2022 SXT Dodge charger in April 2022 and within 3 days it was at the dealer for over a month fir the check engine light. I purchased a used car a month and a half ago. I just found out the car need a new transmission. What can I do to get my money back.

Unfortunately, used cars are NOT entitled to repurchase under the laws we work with. However, if you are under a manufacturer's warranty and return to the authorized manufacturers dealer repetitively for the transmission issue, or if the vehicle is out of service an extended period of time for the issue, there may be an opportunity for compensation under the Federal Magnuson Moss Warranty Act.

I purchased a used 2005 Dodge Durango Limited from a used car dealer in Fredericksburg VA. I did not agree nor endorse the "AS IS" The vehicles transmission and fuel pump failed. Dealer refused to make repairs.
