Had an issue with a brush cutter and they were very helpful. Offered to drop off a new one and pick up the one that stopped working. Was given a full refund as well. Very nice people. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs yard equipment.

Equipment was great. Staff was o.k. Forcing clients to pay an additional 10% "Accidental Damage" fee is asinine! I suggest they add this into the cost of rental. Hidden fees just make people angry.

Excellent and knowledgeable service. Their staff is always pleasant to deal with. They are also very helpful making sure you leave knowing how to use a tool. I normally use the branch in Hartford, and they are definitely on my to-go list for my rental needs.
