The system is a joke I pay my obligation faithfully and when there’s a problem they take there sweet time fixing it you can’t get in contact with your case worker you have to call a main number and they call you back in a few days with the wrong information from the representative you talked to days before and god forbid you miss the call back you have to start all over then your almost 2 weeks without talking to your case worker and the problem done got worse. when it comes to the person paying you have no chance in new jersey whether your good or bad. I’d give a negative 5 stars if I could

Forget the prompts, never get anywhere except back to the beginning, say you are from another agency, you will get to a person right away
1877njkids1 They will get your info and then they will contact your case worker and your case worker will contact you. They changed the process from being able to directly contact a case worker. Turn around time can take 5 minutes to 24 hours. Depending. .... Good luck
