I was excited to finally get a day to go and enjoy a nice movie and eat some delicious popcorn. The customer service at the box office was very warm and inviting and I appreciated the service. When I got to the concession counter. I ordered a small size popcorn and noticed the young lady getting the left over popcorn from bottom of the bin. It looked as if the popcorn had been sitting there for a while. I asked her for fresh popcorn and she said that they would not pop anymore until an hour and a half from now. I said but my movie is about to start now. Why would there not be fresh popcorn? I had to call the manager over. Christopher politely honored my request, but no apology or consideration of kindness from the young lady behind the counter. AMC had always been my go to theater. This particular one needs more training for its employees! What they don’t know, they will never know!

Yes, they do have rumblers (bass transducers/shakers) in the seats. I believe they use the ButtKicker brand, but I am not 100% sure about that.
Depends on the date, time, and theater. This AMC has a special Dolby theater, which is more expensive because of the nicer projector and sound. Tickets range from $10-16 usually. Easiest way to see is look at the website or their app for the specific showing you want.
Tuesday thwy have 5 dollar ticket. First showing is like 6 bucks.

There are a number of ways to find them. 1) Swipe card you purchased tix with at box office when you get there (ask for assistance). 3rd party payments like Paypal, Venmo, etc will not work in this method. 2) Log into your AMC account if have one. Tix will be in the "History" section. Either app or browser will work. 3. AMC crew leader/supervisor/manager can look up your order using your email address. It is also possible the transaction got stuck in cyberspace and actually didn't process even though it appears so in your bank. If none of those 3 options work it is likely that happened and you'd get an automatic refund.

As Tohho mentioned, It should be at other major theaters. Could have just been a Platform Release, meaning only showing at select movies until the momentum of marketing shifts upwards.
There is a bar at the AMC but I wouldn't get a drink from there. Prices are high and their not the best quality bar tenders. Plenty of bars around you can walk to. The bar at AMC feels kind of like an after thought.
