BEWARE!!! Paid 130 down. They sold me a cracked window. I thought it was just a marker mark on the glass, not to mention the window was dirty as hell. Didn't realize it was a crack til I got home. Told me to bring it back to get replaced because there was a 1 year warranty. I took it back. A week later, they say they won't give a refund and if i want to buy the cracked window I have to pay another 100.00$. The manager refused to even talk to me and parent company won't call back either. Save your money and go to a more honest glass shop. There is no way they didn't see the crack. Knowingly selling me a cracked window as new is fraud. *update. Also just found their wholesaler. They are paying 50.00 for the window and charging customers 250.00. Just say you are a contractor and go to a wholesaler and cut out the corrupt middleman and save 200.00. Even if they gave me a new window they still would be making 150.00 in profit but that's not good enough for them. They rather screw over their customers.

Lewisville Glass & Mirror is a really great company. The people working there are so nice and extremely helpful, especially Robyn. I needed to replace panes of glass for very old coffee tables. I was able to get the glass replaced for a good price and very quickly. I definitely recommend coming here for anything glass related. Thank you so much Lewisville Glass & Mirror!!

I'm a local Realtor and I've been using Lewisville Glass for years. In fact just had Carr come out and measure and replace a window in my house and my clients house next door. They did a good job but I noticed the price was much higher. They charge you $50.00 to measure the window. This does not get applied to the cost of the job...it's an actual fee on top of the cost. Robin informed me that Carr no longer owns the company and it's now corporate. Explains a lot. SUPPORT LOCAL!

We have been using this company for almost six years and never had an issue. Three weeks ago we placed an order with them, and when we went back to check on the status we were advised that the person that had taken our order quit and the order was never put in. Mind you we had left a sample for them to make the requested piece from and it was just sitting in the corner. We then place a second order and we are told that we need to pay upfront for the order which has never happened in the six years we have done business with them. They made an error and our causing delays for us and they will not make an effort to provide assistance to rectify the situation. As a business we all have timelines we have to adhere to they have cost us time and money without a care in the world. We will now be taking our business elsewhere.
