Do not work here this is the worst warehouse to ever work at. They are very unprofessional the mangers don’t know what they are doing nor do they know how to do their job correctly including Human Resources. They discriminate with age and race. This warehouse has favoritism to certain workers and when you learn more than others they don’t like that. They barely train you on what to do and when they do they only teach you what they want you to know so if you are a fast learner they will try to overwork you and put you in different areas where their is a lot of work. I have never seen a work place so toxic like this one. Their is nothing wrong with the job it’s the environment. People will fill threaten by you if they fill like you are after their position. This warehouse is not permanently closed they don’t want to hire people they only want a certain amount of people working at this warehouse. They have very lazy workers and the clerks are rude and so are the managers. This is the worst experience I ever had working at a warehouse. Their is so much gossip and drama that happens at this bed bath and beyond it’s ridiculous. Do not ever apply here because they do not care about you their only priority is getting the work done no matter if something is wrong with you if I could give this 0 stars I would. Those good reviews are fake this job is not what it seems.

This company is not good, they need to hire better HR people, they have a lot of preferences, and they discriminate a lot. Most of the the the clerks are very rude towards the employees. Corporate needs to do something about it I already try ,to contact them (corporate) but they’ll send you to HR again…. Is good money but you’ll be working in a Toxic place. With toxic people… CORPORATE PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT… there is a lot of people that need your help and need to speak up, they way they treat us inside is not professional. Is like if they are stealing our rights. 🙏🏼

Orientation stated we had a certain day off and they called me in the shower at a bad time, Chamille from HR was not only condescending and rude on the phone, she wouldn’t allow me to get dressed. And wouldn’t accept it’s a bad time. After explaining (or failing) Allie did not respect the fact I am naked and tried to continue to hold me hostage on the phone as if it would change her miscommunication during orientation. I naturally hung up. Not dealing with nonsense. Orientation was disorganized. On the floor training was incredibly dangerous due to the Ugandan instructor. And now this. Pass! We don't work on Christmas day.
We have two different day shifts. Sat thru Monday 6:00am - 6:30pm and Tuesday thru Friday 6am - 4:30pm
Night shift pays 13.30/hour starting pay for a regular associates, slightly more for forklift drivers. Day shift starts at 12.00/hour for regular associates, slightly higher for forklift operators. NOTE: I gave this answer in early 2019, so the pay scale may be different by now. If you call the hiring department and ask them straight up, they will tell you the up to date pay scale.
Yea hyd
Yes they do. I am a registered SO, and they hired me, and any company that will hire an SO is truly a second chance organization. Lots of companies claim to be second chance companies, but BB&B truly is. They treat their employees with honor and respect also. The only reason I am not still employed there is that cancer has rendered me disabled. I highly recommend applying to their mega-warehouse in Lewisville. That's where the money is. Best of luck to you.
Yes
