I don't know much about the place. But I haven't spoke with my son in a couple weeks and reached out to see if he was there. And the lady said they couldn't tell me cuz it's a HIPPA law . First off I didn't not ask any personal info. Then if she gave me personal info that would be a violation of HIPPA. But yet I can call a prison and jail and they will tell me if someone is in there. Yea makes sense. So I'll sit and worry even longer wondering were my son is .

Cant remember but make sure visitation list is filled out properly and approved by VOA Staff or might not be able to have visit.
Anytime.. drop it off at front desk... if its your first time ever you should get a 15 minute visit...
No cellphones. A neighbor of mine was there. Payphone only, take lots of quarters.
