They did not have what I was looking for in my size but Jason went above and beyond to make sure of that. He pulled inventory and dug around to find that 1 item inventory said they had. This kind of service is more than what is expected in today's world (sadly). I will drive the extra distance for service like this!

Went to this store today looking for a new backpack for work and travel. Jason an associate their was the one to greet me and help me out. I had just returned from a business trip so I walked into the store with almost everything I took on my trip minus my clothes. Jason proceeded to give his recommendations and then went and got the amount of clothes I usually travel with and loaded up the backpack with the stuff I brought with me and the clothes he picked out. He did this as he wanted me to make sure I was getting what I needed but to also make sure the backpack wasn’t too much to carry after it was loaded. Jason was great and I really appreciated his help with this purchase. He normally works at the Benbrook location but was at the Alliance location to help them out. Aséenos job Jason and thanks for all your help.
