The Bridge provides resources for the homeless including 3 hot meals daily - and the food is excellent - showers, do your own laundry, a Parkland Clinic and help finding a home. It's not a quick fix but it is the best place, they help find housing as well.

From what I'm seeing, the easiest way would be to google rapid rehousing and fill out an application on a reputable site.

They can help if you call their office number during open hours. And you can also visit the office thats in Plano for assistance.
