Easy in and out, but David the manager is always extremely rude. Not sure why he has not been trained better in customer service. He won't give the name of the franchise owner so I'm leaving this review. I asked him what time the store closes, and he said he closes it whenever he wants to. He would not tell me the exact time which was weird.

I had my package was rerouted to this UPS store, when I went to pick it up 4 days later , they have given it to an another person already ! So basically my package is stolen!!! I will never use this sore for rerouting my package!

First time at this store, I came here because is the closest to my job, workers are very rude, so disappointed I rather drive to a different location!
