Great customer service as usual. I have been using them for 20+ years, great service and honesty. Highly recommended

These guys cleaned up the mess I had made on my custom build. I thought I was going to have to repurchase some expensive hardware. LIFE SAVERS!

Staff is knowledgeable, however they charged me $310 for a Ryzen 5600G, and after doing some research, other brick and mortar stores were selling it for as low as $150. I don't mind paying a bit more than corporate stores to support local businesses but the difference was too much, but they wouldn't offer any price matching or store credit even after spending nearly $1,000 on parts.

Barry is on point.. very knowledgeable, problem solved within 10 min. Definitely a 5 star review for 5 star help. Thanks again Barry

Yes we replace keyboards on laptops regularly. Some models are very easy and we are happy to advise you if you might want to do the work yourself. On some other models the keyboard is secured by a dozen or more plastic rivets that each have to be removed by cutting or melting. A much more tedious job. Give us a call at the store or drop by and we are happy to discuss solutions.
Hello, Yes we are available to give you exact guidance in order for you to complete the build yourself at no charge. Or if you decide to have us complete the project, yes we do that several time months for customers. Either way, please bring your system to the our shop and we'll have a look at it and discuss what works best for you. Thanks
Sorry but no GPUs in stock. The NewEgg Shuffle seems to offer the best chances.
Sorry, no we don't stock the older FX series CPU. I see that Newegg does offer some.
It depends on the laptop. Some non-gaming laptops have a small heatsink mated to the CPU fan versus gaming laptops with a much larger heatsink assemblies connecting both GPU + CPU. Prices can range from $65 to over $130.
GPUs are scarce, so none available for sale until supplies get better.
Not Sure
Probably best to give us a call. We would need to ask a few questions about which email service your using and the method you are using to connect to your email.
Yes we do. Typically we charge $65 but it can cost more depending on the circumstance. Also every BIOS flash involves a small risk of failure which can brick the board if it does not have a dual BIOS.
Yes we do two or three a week.
If you have a little extra time you’ll get a much better price for your gaming computer by advertising it directly. A lot of our customers have had success locally with Craigslist and Nextdoor. Also, you can email us the price and details we can post the info in our store. Good Luck
Best to call them directly but I doubt it, they are a repair shop, so even if 75% of what you've got is good, it's used, with no warranty and no proof of usage (think a used car with no information) I'd try Craigslist or ebay, or send me an email I'm always looking for parts.
You dont need to, Try a different cable Or the graphics card is malfunctioning.
Yes we do fix HDMI ports. But it may not always be economical. The easiest fix is when the port is attached via a daughter board. It becomes much more expensive when the HDMI port is attached directly to the motherboard. We are happy to have a look at the damaged port and give you a free estimate. We're open M-F 9-6 and Sat 10-2.
HP has many different Envy DV7 models and the A/C adapters vary in wattage from 65 watts to 120 watts. We have SOME but NOT all of them in stock. They range in price from $60 to $80. Best if you bring your laptop by the store and we can match it up.
Sorry we don't buy printers
Unfortunately we do not fix console gaming rigs. Sorry about that.
