The staff is so friendly and helpful!! They were genuinely trying to give me the best deal on our storage unit and find out what would work best for us. There was no pressure or "sales job," just respectful, friendly service. It was so refreshing, and I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, safe, and affordable storage place.

Straight up. Clean and nice facility. And staff has always been friendly and helpful. Been with CubeSmart renting two units for almost 5 years now. Why the 1 ⭐️? They have raised our rates more 100% in last two years. We were at $78 a month on the larger unit, 18 months ago, and just got a letter last night that rate is going to $176 a month. People can be amazing, but Owners can destroy relationships in an instant. Worst thing, we had inquired two weeks ago about getting a second 10x10 unit, and giving up a small unit. Now we move to Public Storage.

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
To keep you and your information secure we have set up multiple ways you can pay including using our mobile app, our online customer center, stopping by the office, or mailing a check directly to your local facility. Additionally, we offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard, Discover, Visa, or American Express each month without additional fees. You can also call our secure, automated payment line.
